This is a public Basilica-Shrine, where, on major solemnities, a little and good local Schola/choir is up in the choir loft....

One wonder who that woman is who is singing along with the monks, usually somewhat behind. This is awfully distracting. She makes it impossible to listen and watch the video, at least for a musically trained ear. I thought this was the extraordinary rite. That's the way it looks. Then why is this woman singing? It would seem that vocal participation is only incumbent upon the monastic choir, unlike the novus ordo where everybody gets into the act.
