Unless the directive comes from the Vicar of Chirst (Pope) and ENFORCED by the princes of the Church, more confusion will ensue. And this is the travesty of Vatican II. I believe most faithful catholics would welcome direction from their bishop in regards to the wishes of the Holy Father in receiving communion on the tongue while kneeling.
