A few of the occupier/bystanders seemed to welcome the Nativity scene (e.g., "Christ is the reason for the season. I don't see why you'd be offended").
But it was sad to see the disdain, hostility and confusion shown by some of those who expressed their opinions. One of them should occupy a math class ("What about the other 10%?").
Isn't it ironic that a nativity scene is setup in the midst of a protest yet the president and first lady celebrate Hanukkah with a menorah inside the White House. Even today Our Lord is rejected by the ruling class of this world on His birthday.
