Christmas Baptisms- Beijing.
This is a video I took of over 400 adults baptisms that happened last sunday (December 18, 2011) at the north church (北堂) in Beijing. This was a mass baptism, one of two in the year in Beijing (the other being at easter, which is more numerous), and this one included several parishes.
The man at the end is my friend Jia Jing-Hui, who is now a member of the catholic church. The older man standing next to him at the very end is his godfather, Mr. Li. Prayers are very welcome for him and other new catholics added to the body of Christ last sunday.
