May are prayer intensify of the traditional Latin churche to be in every peoples heart, soul and counscience. Thise kind of rite, is fruitful for are soul.
If you have the apportunity to go to a tradition Latin mass, do it. And even if you don't understand, take the time to understand. You will intensify your love toward god.
