Visionary concludes visit to Alabama, says Virgin Mary wants pilgrims to form prayer groups

STERRETT, Alabama -- Marija Lunetti, the visionary who has been reporting daily visions of the Virgin Mary(40,000 times and still counting) since she was a teenager in Medjugorje, Yugoslavia, had an apparition indoors at the home of her Shelby County host this morning.

That concluded a nationally publicized "five days of prayer" at Caritas of Birmingham, during which Lunetti had two outdoors apparitions in a field under a pine tree.

Lunetti, 47, had the outdoors apparitions at about 10 p.m. on July 3 and July 4, and during Tuesday night's visions Lunetti reported that the Virgin Mary asked for the formation of prayer groups.

During the apparitions, Lunetti says the Virgin Mary appears to her and prays over the pilgrims, although they cannot see her vision.
