I agree with your further articulations of the sacramental theology of the Eucharist. The perspective we shared in this clip takes this mystery of the Eucharist after it has been duly consecrated. Nevertheless, the additional theological precisions are appropriate.

Restating the points in the clip:

1. The Eucharist is the Body and Blood of Jesus.
2. After consecration bread and wine no longer exist. What exists is the Body and Blood of Jesus. Although in the Eucharist there is the appearance of bread and wine, the substance of the Eucharist is the Body and Blood of Jesus.
3. The Eucharist contains the whole Jesus - Body, Blood, Humanity, and Divinity, as He exists in Heaven. He is contained completely in the Consecrated Bread and Consecrated Wine. Therefore we can receive the whole Body, Blood, Humanity, Divinity under each of the Elements of what appears to be Consecrated Bread or what appears to be Consecrated Wine.
4. This Presence remains even after the Liturgical Action and deserves our adoration. This Presence is reserved in our tabernacles.

FORM;MATTER and INTENT...if any one of these three are missing, the Host is not consecrated and so it remains bread.

Today, it only takes a visit to a new mass to witness how the priests actions and example would cause one to wonder whether their (priest's) intent is TRULY to consecrate the host and if they even BELIEVE. Cardinal Arinze has said that with the liturgy in today's churches, we find ourselves questioning the Validity of the mass, the consecration.

This is why it is so Very IMPORTANT that the priest faces the altar and the faithful follow. Rather than priest facing the people. We go to be with God, to adore, worship, praise Him and give thanksgiving. To offer up our intentions with all our mind, body and soul when assisting at Mass.
But the devil, using his helpers have managed to "decorate" the sanctuary with women & girls (sometimes half naked) whether serving, reading or distributing the Holy Eucharist, which as St. Thomas Aquinas has said, "That only CONSECRATED hands (of the priests) are to touch the Sacred Species."

Today, the modern mass, the (do what you want) mass has caused such great scandal withing the walls of some of the most beautiful Churches ever built by the sweat and hard labor of our ancestors. If they were to walk in these wonderful churches that they built and saw the machinations which take place in their labor-of-love churches they would probably die of disbelif, as would the saints who said the Traditional Latin Mass which brought us so many vocations, so many saints, so many holy and prayerful religious.

But today, sad to say, it is all about "ME", Community, Gathering, Worship space(?) . The word "SACRIFICE" no longer remains on the mouths of the clergy (many of them). It is a "celebration".

Until the Latin Mass returns in ALL OUR CHURCHES, we will NEVER SEE FAMILIES as we knew them to be just 30-40 years ago, (together). We will never see an abundance of priestly vocations, leaving us with few, very few priests that are HOLY and PRAYERFUL.

Kneel when receiving Christ in the Eucharist..Receive only on the tongue..and suffer what you will for doing so, as did the apostles, until one day God restores His Church and the World!
