How many priests today are concerned for the salvation of souls? While there are so many who take no care for their own soul, how can they care for the souls of God's people. Do we hear in the new mass, the novus ordo, priests talking about the evil of divorce and its repercussions? do you hear them talk about the evil of abortion? How many priests today are concerned for the salvation of souls? While there are so many who take no care for their own soul, how can they care for the souls of God's people. Do we hear in the new mass, the novus ordo, priests talking about the evil of divorce and its repercussions? do you hear them talk about the evil of abortion? Do you hear them speak on the sins of fornication..homosexuality? If so, how often?
Do you hear them speak on the evil of contraception? And do you hear about the importance of the state of virginity up until your wedding day? Do we hear about what we must do to attain everlasting life in Heaven? How to avoid Hell? Do we still know what Sin is? DO WE?
Looking at the world today, there appears not, the continued leadership of "true"Apostles, save these in the video, and very few else. Attending Catholic grade school, we had the Latin Mass..Holy, reverent, quiet, respectfull and full of graces because of the holy priests who said these holy masses and taught what the Catholic Church has always taught for centuries on faith and morals. They led by word and example.
After Vat II, which at that time I knew very little about, but afterwards while attending the new masses, I DID Know that something was severely wrong with how they now said the mass, it was empty, it was about "the people" rather than Christ's Sacrifice on Calvary. It became a "meal" a "gathering of community" where most, if not all, the focus was and is on the "people." We find Our Lord in the Eucharistic Host falling onto the ground because of carelessness, ignorance and disbelief of the True Presence of Christ in the Eucharist.
Has not Our Lord fallen enough for us in Gethsemane and on His way up to Calvary?
What are we doing then? Why are we allowing Him to fall again over and over in so many churches because of the neglect of the pastors and clergy.. It is rare to see a communion plate used to catch the Host in case it drops; and when it does? Do they burn the carpet..do they put the cloth over it until they can attend to clean it and make sure there are no particles on the floor, like they were once taught?? NO THEY DO NOT! Instead they go right on doing what they're doing while allowing the people to walk right over the place where Jesus had just fallen! What an abomination!
And may Our dear, loving, suffering, merciful Jesus have mercy on those who allow this heinous sacrilege to occur! Woe to those "shepherds" who care not for their flock..Woe to them!. The Time is NOW, for ALL CATHOLICS TO TAKE A STAND FOR WHAT IS RIGHT AND HOLY, ALL FOR THE GREATER GLORY AND LOVE OF OUR GOD. STAND UP AND MAKE YOURSELF HEARD!! THE APOSTLES WOULD CRY IN SHAME IF THEY HAD TO WITNESS TO ALL THE ABUSES THAT ARE TAKING PLACE IN OUR CHURCHES. THEN WHY DON'T WE??

Some priests will tackle one or two of these but be silent - and sometimes even supportive - of the other "hydra heads." It is sad. Lots of priests seem to want - also - to just say, "Who cares! I'll help the higher-ups 'elect a new congregation,' who cares about healing my current one." I have little hope for the future in this regard which is why those that are like Lefebvre was are looking better and better.
