Many people who attend the Latin Mass, may also attend elsewhere, where there is a Latin Mass, being that the dioceses' only has them either far from the populated areas or in areas you wouldn't care to drive through. The Latin Mass attendees I have met, Do go to confession often. And I prefer to go to a traditional, god-fearing priest anyway, unlike many of the novus ordo priests. One novus ordo priest during confession had his cell phone go off. Another one I had to listen to him praise Thomas Merton and his Eastern spritualism, new age....

I witness many people in the Latin Mass receiving every Sunday. Since the priest only hears confession 1/2 hr before mass there is hardly anyone in line - maybe 3-5 people, yet every weekend 90% of church attendees approach the communion rail. Of course some make appointments for confession at other times, like myself. But I can hardly be convinced that 90% of the church receives in the state of …More

Of course some make appointments for confession at other times, like myself. But I can hardly be convinced that 90% of the church receives in the state of grace. This is a scandal that is overlooked by most priests and hardly ever mentioned in homilies. For those who find a humble, holy, and courageous traditional priest thank God for him. You do not know how fortunate you are!!
