Balance of the body mind and spirit. Saint Paul mentions that our body is the temple of God. A fit priest gives his community the example of perseverance discipline and respect to what his vocation askshim of. I personally admire our pastor of myparish whom takes hikes to serene places and on pilgrimages overseas, if he keeps his body fit we willhavea healthy priest almost every day. Amen to a fit …More

How can people have respect when seeing 'priests' dressed in gym attire like any lay person. Whats wrong with just going for a daily walk? Thats after their divine office is said, a rosary prayed, a mass offered, and tending to as many souls as they can, saving them from eternal damnation.
