Francis’ Doves of Peace Attacked: Sunday morning after the Angelus prayer, Pope Francis and two children released from the window of the former study of the Popes in the Apostolic Palace two doves as symbols of peace. Regrettably, the two doves were immediately attacked by a black crow and by a gull. One dove escaped from the gull by landing on the ledge of the lower floor. The other dove was chased by the black crow while tens of thousands of people watched in St. Peter's Square.
Agnostic Saint: spoke to the Catholic newspaper Avvenire about his personal friend, the Italian conductor Claudio Abbado, a self professed agnostic who died on January 20th. For Fr. Nicolini, Abbado was a believer if – quote – . He did not pray with Abbado in the sense of reciting some prayers, but quote: “We prayed as we reflected on the mystery of life and beauty.” The priest even canonized Abbado by saying that now, God the Father receives him.

The findings are disturbing. Almost one third of the participants considered contraception to be acceptable and one fifth considered homosexual relationships, that are condemned by the Gospel, to be ok.

Those who believe that contraception is "acceptable" need to be educated in the fact that they are abortifacients and also defy God's Law of pro-creation.
