It is Fr Andrew Southwell - yes he is a little old-fashioned in his singing but he has a good voice!

The celebrant is using the vestments and chalice of Bishop Challoner, the 18th C. English bishop who revised the Douai-Rheims Bible. Challoner consecrated this chapel. See this linke: Milton Manor 21st February for more information.
