The page from Lacrymosa (bars 1-5 scored for 2 violins, viola, SATB chorus, and continuo bass in the Austrian National Library, Codex 17561b, folio 87/33 (recto)) is not actually "the last page of the manuscript" (written the hand of Wolfgang Amadeus Mozart); either the following page, folio 87/33 (verso) or folio 99/45 (recto) are "thought to be" the last pages Mozart inscribed, depending on whether Mozart composed the Lacrymosa or Hostias last. The Hostias is complete to the end, whereas the Lacrymosa breaks off after 8 bars.
