Does stress in womb raise chances of baby growing up to be homosexual?
A controversial new study claims that decisions made by women when they are pregnant can affect their babies brains including determining their sexuality, intelligence and chances of developing autism.
The suggestion that the lifestyle of an expectant mother can affect their offspring’s development has been put forward in Professor Dick Swaab’s new book, We Are Our Brains.
“Pre-birth exposure to both nicotine and amphetamines increases the chance of lesbian daughters,” said Swaab. “Pregnant women suffering from stress are also more likely to have homosexual children of both genders because their raised level of the stress hormone cortisol affects the production of fetal sex hormones.” Link
Note I:
Professor Dick Swaab, author of the book We Are Our Brains, believes that a child's sexuality is determined in the womb and cannot be altered. This is a demonstrably false notion proving that the driving factor of his book is the desire to “prove” that people are “born gay.” (ED)
Note II:
News Briefs articles are chosen in order to inform, enlighten and occasionally to entertain.
It is no secret that that homosexual lobby has succeeded in infiltrating academia (including so called Catholic Universities), electronic media (the internet) and TV programming including TV news. The homosexual lobby has triumphed so that favorable items abound everywhere including the Vatican ("Who am I to judge").
The above book is one such example of an author who is attempting to normalize deviant behavior by openly writing mistruths. Hence, I wrote Note I shown above.
When stories are posted about Catholic colleges promoting homosexual clubs and parties or when stories are written about Catholic churches having special “LGBT Masses” Catholics at Gloria universally understand (without my writing any notes) that this is not proper for Catholic Churches and universities to promote. Yet, when a pro-homo book from a secular author is reviewed, Catholics object?
Don't be afraid. Shine the light of truth on all of the crap whether it occurs in a Catholic Church or is on the shelf of a bookstore. It is then that Catholics can be informed and avoid stepping in it.
