The Ukrainian news agency Rupor published an article stating that the Internet video with remnants of the Polish plane had been filmed by KGB killer operatives who carried out the terrorist act against the plane and came to kill the survived Polish passengers and the crew. The agency reports:

Mysterious visitors acted quickly and harmoniously. The video operator breathes heavily at first, which means he and his companions ran to the crash site.
It could be a record of one of the groups who carried out sabotage against the plane.
The video operator and his companions are not idle viewers or teenagers. They avoid calling each other by names and do not pose before the camera.
