Anti-Church PR-Action: On Friday, a Vatican delegation was questioned in Geneva by the UN Committee on the Rights of the Child about the sexual abuse of minors by homosexual priests in Ireland, Spain and Mexico. The head of the delegation, Mgr. Silvano Tomasi told Vatican Radio: “The accusation made against the Holy See of obstructing justice seems rather groundless.” Vatican spokesman Federico Lombardi gave to Vatican Radio his own interpretation: “Who among the heads of the 193 States that adhere to the Convention on the Rights of the Child is as efficient [as Francis is] in sending out such a powerful message of love for children, not just to his fellow countrymen but to the whole world?”

Bludgeon the Church: The Chicago Archdiocese has been ordered to publish names of priests who are alleged to have committed sexual abuse decades ago. Dave Pierre, founder of TheMediaReport.com, comments: “No other organization on earth has been asked to publicly post the names of its employees merely accused of abuse, yet somehow the Catholic Church is ordered to carry out this measure.” And: “Try asking Chicago Public Schools to publicly post the names of all of its employees accused of abuse; you'll be told it's a personnel issue subject to privacy laws.” Pierres’s conclusion: “The church has acquiesced to a bullying tactic by contingency lawyers like Jeff Anderson, who surely looks to drum up more clients for his profitable venture, and bigoted hate groups like SNAP, who further desire to bludgeon the church.”

Gay Marriage Banned: On Monday, Nigerian President Goodluck Jonathan signed a bill that criminalizes any same-sex relationships. The national assembly had passed it last May. The new law contains penalties of up to 14 years in prison and bans gay marriage, same-sex romantic relationships and membership of gay rights groups. Persons who enter into a same-sex marriage contract or civil union commit an offence and are each liable on conviction to a term of 14 years in prison.

Broke: 115-year-old Mother Cabrini Girls High School is broke and will close. It is the last Catholic high school in Washington Heights, New York. Moms are now trying to figure out ways to keep the school open. They complained that Mother Cabrini happily took their monthly tuition payments of around $1,100 a month without sharing their money woes with families. At the same time, the Buffalo diocese announced that it will close ten suburban Catholic elementary schools. The closings will reduce to 41 the number of Buffalo diocese Catholic elementary schools down from 86 a decade ago

A guy was getting ready to tee off on the first hole when a second golfer approached and asked if he could join him. The first said that he usually played alone, but agreed to the twosome. They were even after the first few holes. The second guy said, "We're about evenly matched, how about playing for five bucks a hole?" A guy was getting ready to tee off on the first hole when a second golfer approached and asked if he could join him. The first said that he usually played alone, but agreed to the twosome. They were even after the first few holes. The second guy said, "We're about evenly matched, how about playing for five bucks a hole?" The first guy said that he wasn't much for betting, but agreed to the terms. The second guy won the remaining sixteen holes with ease. As they were walking off number eighteen, the second guy was busy counting his $80.00. He confessed that he was the pro at a neighboring course and liked to pick on suckers. The first fellow revealed that he was the Parish Priest. The pro was flustered and apologetic, offering to return the money. The priest said, "You won fair and square and I was foolish to bet with you. You keep your winnings." The pro said, "Is there anything I can do to make it up to you?" The priest said, "Well, you could come to Mass on Sunday and make a donation... And, if you want to bring your mother and father along, I'll marry them.

SNAP may be a bigoted 'hate group', but why should homos not be called out..Too late for anything to be done now. A miracle would be needed..but the LEAST the pope can do is Condemn homosexuality for the Perversion it is and Refuse them entry into the seminaries. Thats After he gets rid of the homo directors..all those in charge of formation.
