This is a beautiful ceremony, re-enacted from an ancient ritual, when Wales was Catholic. The ancient ruins of St. Teilo's Church were relocated and reconstructed in a park-like setting, as part of a large, outdoor National Museum.
It does not seem to be a functioning Anglican parish (obviously, not a Catholic parish either). I am not sure if the "re-enactor" in the cope is an Anglican clergyman …More
