Hey, this cleric is dressed for the Extraordinary Form of the Roman Rite. Brilliant! But, why? was he saying Mass prior to the address? What was this all about? 
Yeah, twas about peace; but one expected him to give a lengthy homily or something.. THe vestments were confusing...
