Fantastic ... thank you so much for these slides: The Holy Sacrifice of the Mass; the Most Blessed Sacrament; the 7 [yes, Seven] Sacraments; the Most Holy Mother of God; the Saints of the Church Triumphant; the Papacy, the Episcopacy, the Priesthood, and the Religious Life. All these are the very heart and soul of Catholicism. It is good to look back over the last 2000 years of this tradition but to do so and rejoice ... let's not do so in sad nostalgia ... all these are STILL the Living Signs of the One, Holy, Catholic and Apostolic Church ... all of these were vibrantly alive and inspiring at the World Youth Day in Madrid 2011. All these are what Pope Benedict XVI has been slowly, carefully, gently fostering since he began his pontificate. All his predecessors did so as well ... but in God's good time the work is truly coming to fruition now. I have no doubts about this. The hunger for tradition, for a true Catholic identity, amongst the youth at WYD was palpable. They, the future leaders of the Church ... as brothers, priests, nuns and then bishops ... will ensure that once again this glorious tradition reigns supreme!
