After a £10 million restoration project the stunning Great Hall and staircase, painted by none other than William Hogarth, they have fully opened to the public for free. They can be visited on Mondays and Tuesdays from 10am-4pm and the first Sunday of every month. Their free museum all about the history of the hospital has also reopened. I found it genuinely so uplifting to see such a brilliant restoration and so many people in there soaking up these fascinating spaces for the first time.
