Vatican Finance Ministry: On Monday, Pope Francis published the Motu Proprio “Fidelis Dispensator et Prudens” with which he institutes the Secretary for Economy, an authority that in future will control all economical and financial matters of the Vatican State and the Holy See. Sydney Cardinal George Pell will be the first prefect of the institution.
