He is a man of God and Wisdom; Imagine someone (who is a false prophet) under his social media accounts said something like "let's embrace LBGTQI" and some innocent or gullible person thought that he actually said that andvthen started to embrace tge Mortal Sins themselves because 'Bishop Schneider said so.'

Members of the clergy are obligated to obey their Bishop, providing the order does not oppose the Commandments of God. St. Padre Pio, who was persecuted by his Bishop, was a perfect example of obedience. Even the Virgin Mary, in her authentic apparitions, has stated that you must obey the authorities (Pope) when such an order does not oppose the Word of God.

Despite of pressure from the antichurch bishops are responsible in front of God to defend the Faith and be vocal about it using all means including internet.
I think everyone has figured out what happened. Someone in Rome may be behind this social media (self or imposed) cancellation, one way or the other.
