According to the parish's promotional material, the gathering will use the entrance hall and the nave. The evening will begin with a 'magical prelude', followed by the service itself. The event is explicitly themed around the Harry Potter universe and invites “fans and Hogwarts newcomers” to enjoy references to candles, light and darkness, “hope taking shape”, butterbeer, Hogwarts house colours and the opening of the “Great Hall”.
