Fasnachtsküchlein Heute backen wir zusammen super leckere und knusprige Fasnachtsküchlein. Es ist ein Typisches Schweizer gebäck dass immer wenn es Fasnacht wird, diese Gebacken werden. Hier das Rezept für 6 Küchlein: 150g Weissmehl 1Ei 20g Butter (weich) 10g Zucker 2Tl Vanillezucker 1Priese Salz 45ml Milch Das Mehl auf den Tisch eine Mulde in das Mehl Formen. Grössere Mengen in die Küchenmaschine. Und alle anderen Zutaten in die Mulde geben. Verkneten bis einen glatten Teig entsteht. Abgedeckt für 2 oder 12 Stunden im Kühlschrank entspannen lassen. Mehl auf den Tisch Teig zu je 40g Stücke portionieren. Zuerst jedes Teig Stück ein Stück vorrollen dann entspannen lassen. Diesen Vorgang wiederholen dann die kleinen Pizzen über die Schüssel stülpen und vorsichtig runter ziehen sodass es wie ein grosser Fenstertest wird und man durchsehen kann.
