These bishops claim that the Church is changing and that the homosexuals should continue in their sinful ways. Cardinal Burke mentioned the letter from an Archbishop who claimed that "Leo XIV shared this view, because he doesn’t talk about sexual morality." For Cardinal Burke it is completely irresponsible to write something like that.

Three scheduled Masses in the Roman rite in August at Saint-Germain-en-Laye, France, are likely to be cancelled unless the Diocese of Versailles authorizes a priest to celebrate them. Earlier this year, after months of dialogue, the diocese reached an agreement with representatives of the faithful to ensure that the Latin Mass would be celebrated every Sunday and holy day throughout the year. According to Paix Liturgique (15 July), the Diocese of Versailles acknowledged that it might be unable to provide priests for several summer dates and invited the faithful to propose canonically regular priests to fill the gaps. Most of the missing celebrations have since been covered, but the Masses scheduled for 2, 9, and 23 August remain without an approved celebrant. The faithful say that Rev. Leo XIV Appoints Indian Bishop Practicing Indigenous Adivasi Rites: Today, Pope Leo XIV has appointed the indigenious Bishop Albert Hemrom, 57, as Coadjutor Archbishop of the Archdiocese of Guwahati, India. This video was taken in October 2023 when he celebrated the silver jubilee of St John Vianney Church in Uriamghat, Assam. Monsignor Hemrom participated in the Aarti ceremony with the Adivasi community. Women held ceremonial brass platters (thali). Incense was waved before the bishop to purify him and invoke blessings. Then, a red tilak blessing mark was placed on his forehead. Finally, he was presented with a traditional Assamese gamosa, a handwoven white-and-red ceremonial scarf, which was draped around his neck.
