Leo XIV appoints military bishop who wants to “make a different Church”, and is open to female deacons and Communion for homosexuals.
On September 14, Leo XIV has appointed Bishop Pedro Luis Fuentes Valencia, 58, as Military Ordinary for Bolivia.
The Passionist bishop has served as apostolic administrator of the Military Ordinary since 2022, alongside his duties as auxiliary bishop of La Paz.
Fuentes represented the Bolivian bishops at both sessions of the Synod on Synodality in Rome in 2023 and 2024.
"Synodality Is Nature of Church"
In October 2023 he spoke of having “the courage to build a different kind of church”.
In June 2024, he defined synodality as “the very nature of the Church”.
In July 2024, he repeated: “The Synod on Synodality is a way of being the Church.” And: “This is the Church’s identity: listening to one another, sharing, walking together, maturing together, growing together,”

In October 2023, Monsignor Fuentes spoke about Holy Communion for adulterers and those “not in full communion with the church”.
According to Ceb.bo this included “the situation of the LGBT community”.
Bishop Fuentes said: “This remains under debate, and the issue is still open. But to enter into Communion, one must reflect on one’s life—not so much in a moralistic sense, but in terms of what it means to be a Christian, for that is the direction we are heading in: what it means to be baptized and to be a follower of the Lord.”

Here is an example of what I mean: the Pope has appointed a new bishop for Terni, Italy—in addition to appointing the infamous Bishop Saporito to the See of Metuchen. Here is what the traditionalist blog *Messainlatino* says about him:
"Our sources inform us that the appointment of Monsignor Alfonso Raimo—currently Auxiliary Bishop of Salerno-Campagna-Acerno—as the new Bishop of Terni-Narni-Amelia will be announced shortly.
We understand that he is the rector of the Church of San Giorgio Martire in Salerno, where the traditional Holy Mass is celebrated and where he has also delivered homilies, and that he holds 'orthodox' positions regarding doctrine."
I am certain that Gloria.tv will publish an article defaming this bishop, claiming he said something "synodal," met with Protestants, or something similar. This amounts to discrediting the Church. Saporito is a heretic; Raimo is not. Yet for Gloria.tv and its followers, both are trash; this is lying and defamation.

🌈 Leo XIV has named the homosexual activist Michael Saporito, 64, Bishop of Metuchen, New Jersey (September 15).
Monsignor Saporito, 64, is currently auxiliary bishop of Newark.
Institutional Connection to McCarrick
A native of Newark, Saporito entered the McCarrick seminary in 1987. In 1992, Archbishop Theodore McCarrick ordained Saporito to the priesthood.
In 1999, homosexual McCarrick elevated the young Rev Saporito as assistant director of vocations.
Founded Homosexual Ministry in Parish
During Saporito’s tenure as pastor of St. Joseph Church in Maplewood (2004–2011), the parish employed an openly homosexual man as its full-time director of music and liturgy. He said he disclosed the relationship before being hired.
Furthermore, as pastor of St. Joseph, Rev Saporito founded a group for homosexuals called "Open Arms Ministry." A 2011 report noted that the parish's embrace of homosexuals came under Saporito: “Above all, according to parishioners, Saporito - through words and deeds …अधिक

“Conservative” Auxiliary Bishop Josef Graf of Regensburg, Germany, can envision ordaining married men to the priesthood.
Monsignor Graf made this remarks during a holiday in San Genesio, South Tyrol, where he also helped with the grape harvest in a local vineyard.
He told Bz-bx.net: “I personally believe that the Church could afford viri probati”.
He added that married priests would probably not solve the shortage of priests.
On the ordination of women to the priesthood, Monsignor Graf said he believes it is “not possible.” He pointed there are “still” weighty theological reasons for reserving Holy Orders to men.

Oddly enough, I can 'envision' waking up and discovering a Church which nurtures vocations by holding to the Faith rather than deviating from it to suit the needs of prelates who should never have been ordained in the first place.

JANET ZIMMER

Mature married men have worked out as well in the parishes founded by Anglicans who converted to Catholicism and, of course, historically in the Eastern Churches, so I don't see what people are worrying about. As long as they don't offer ordination to married men under the age of, say, 45 or 50, I think they'd make an excellent and much needed source of new priests.

The FSSPX makes its annual pilgrimage to Einsiedeln, but its procession remains on public ground.
The Priestly Fraternity of St. Pius X (FSSPX) makes an annual Rosary pilgrimage to the famous Swiss monastery of Einsiedeln. This year’s pilgrimage takes place on October 10, but the public prayer procession is held only on public ground.
Organised by the FSSPX-associated Militia Immaculatae, the procession has been held annually since 2021. Around 750 people participated in 2025.
The distinction over where it takes place is significant.
The lower part of the square in front of Einsiedeln Abbey, including the Marian fountain and the area up to the monastery arcades, belongs to the District of Einsiedeln and is public property.
The upper part belongs to the monastery.
The district has authorised the procession on its property.
Fr. Philipp Steiner told kath.ch that the abbey had not been asked for permission and had only recently been informed of this year’s event. He stressed that “Einsiedeln …अधिक

mRNA ‘VACCINES’ IN YOUR MEAT AND DAIRY?
Livestock are now being injected or fed experimental gene tech — and it’s hitting your dinner plate UNLABELED. For years, Big Food and Big Pharma have been quietly rolling out mRNA platforms in cattle, pigs, poultry, and even farmed fish and shrimp. Companies like Tyson, JBS, Cargill, Smithfield, Zoetis (Pfizer spin-off), Merck Animal Health, and major dairy co-ops are either already using or trialing these experimental gene therapies under the guise of “disease prevention” or “sustainability.”
No mandatory labeling. No consumer warning. Your steak, milk, cheese, eggs, or bacon could contain proteins produced by this tech — and you’d never know. This isn’t traditional vaccination. It’s experimental mRNA that instructs animal cells to produce foreign proteins. Long-term human health effects? Unknown. Potential for unintended spike-like protein expression, immune disruption, or transfer through the food chain? The …अधिक

The formation of the Lavender Mafia:
Describing the formation of homosexual cliques of clergy Fr. Oko says:
They know well, however, that they may be exposed and embarrassed, so they shield one another by offering mutual support. They build informal relationships reminding of a clique or even mafia, aim at holding particularly those positions which offer power and money.
When they achieve a decision-making position, they try to promote and advance mostly those whose nature is similar to theirs, or at least who are known to be too weak to oppose them.
Fr. Oko said, "Just like in the military, in the police, in the art world, once a person with homosexual tendencies gets into power, usually their subordinates are also homosexuals, therefore they start creating a pyramid, and the same thing is happening in the Church with these bishops who knowingly nominate people with the same tendencies."

Leo XIV’s Prayer Intention Is … for the Care of Water: In September 2026, Leo XIV invites Catholics around the world to pray for the care of water. In his monthly prayer intention, he reminds Christians that access to clean water should be a right. “We beg forgiveness that it has been turned into a commodity, forgetting that it is a universal gift, a right without borders.” He encourages Christians to reject waste and pollution and to use natural resources responsibly. Caring for water, he says, is both an expression of love for creation and an act of solidarity with the poor.

The Pope’s Prayer intention for the month of September is to pray for care of water: “Lord of Life, you have given us the gift of water, source of fruitfulness, freshness, and hope. It quenches thirst, nourishes the earth, and heals wounds. We thank you because it is also a symbol of your grace and love that renews us through baptism. Today, we ask you to teach us to safeguard it with gratitude, justice, and responsibility. Forgive us for turning it into a commodity, forgetting that it is a universal gift, a right without borders, meant for all your children. We see with pain, so many brothers and sisters, who lack clean water, who walk for miles to find it, who become ill due to its scarcity. May your Spirit make us pilgrims of the essential, able to live with simplicity, denouncing waste and pollution, defending the right of every brother and sister to drink without fear and without inequality. May our care for water, be a sign of love for the Creator, and a commitment to the lives of …अधिक
